How They Met | Marie-Eve and Emmanuel’s brewing love
story takes place 50 kilometres north of Montreal in the small
town of Joliette, Quebec. From the first meeting at the Joliette
Court House to the moment they tied the knot at the Joliette
Art Museum, the couple honoured the city that brought them
together.
The Ceremony | As devoted art lovers, Marie-Eve
and Emmanuel were overjoyed at the fact that they were
able to host their ceremony in the middle of the spa-
cious and contemporary Joliette Art Museum. The bright
space overlooking the mezzanine with Canadian artist
An Te Liu’s White Dwarf sphere installation perfectly
represented the couple and their idea of saying “I do” in a
place that was out of the ordinary.
The Reception & Decor| A mixture of white
and gold decor set the stage for Marie-Eve and
Emmanuel’s tented wedding captured by Bonnallie Brodeur
Photographes. While the bride clutched a soft and romantic
pastel bouquet, tables were fixed with low white hydrangea
centrepieces accented by wooden slab bases. From the inti-
mate candlelight to the hanging string lights lining the tent,
every element provided the atmosphere with clean, chic finesse.
