Taste of Home's All-American Bacon Cheesburger

2 TBSP's Finely Chopped Onion

2 TBSP's Ketchup

1 Garlic Clove, Minced

1 TSP Sugar

1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce

1 TSP Steak Sauce

1/4 TSP Cider Vinegar

1 Lb. Ground Beef

4 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese

4 Hamburger Buns

8 Bacon Strips

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into four patties.

2. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 3 in. from the heat for 4-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160° and juices run clear. Top with cheese. Grill 1 minute longer or until cheese is melted. Serve on buns with bacon and toppings of your choice.

Yield: 4 servings

All-American Bacon Cheeseburger

Kraft's Bacon Cheese Fries

16 Oz. (1/2 of 32-Oz. Pkg.) Frozen French Fried Potatoes

8 Slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, Cut Into Small Pieces

1 Cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 Cup Green Onion Slices

Directions

1. Cook french fries as directed on package; place on ovenproof dish or platter.

2.Preheat broiler. Sprinkle fries with bacon, cheese and onions.

3. Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 6 Servings
