ULTIMATE PROFESSIONALS

I

am sure many of our readers will be familiar with Rogue Traders – now part of the expanded Watchdog programme on BBC1 . I am even more certain that some of the individuals uncovered by presenter , and NICEIC Live speaker , Matt Allright will have many tradesmen watching through their fingers as yet another customer is let down by some shoddy , incompetent and often dangerous workmanship . Anyone I ’ ve spoken to who has completed the climb is quick to tell me that it ’ s one of the hardest and most gruelling challenges they have ever done . On behalf of ECN I would like to wish Tessa and her fellow climbers the best of luck and a safe return .
