Dynamic support
EIAT were so impressed with JobFlow , that the company decided to implement DMS ’ IT support . Dan commented , ‘ JobFlow support was great , with no crashes at the office or in the field , so we moved all our IT support to DMS . Their service is first class ; a quick phone call or email and issues are resolved within minutes , not days .’
In fact , JobFlow is not just used by electrical contractors , but by a variety of companies with mobile workers , highlighting DMS ’ flexibility in tailoring the system and developing it to keep abreast of ever changing needs .
In line with this adaptable attitude , DMS is in the process of introducing a GPS reporting function . The global positioning system module is something DMS is working on for JobFlow . Dan is particularly looking forward to this enhanced functionality , which will provide full activity location mapping for more efficient and accurate work management and reporting .
‘ JobFlow is a totally integrated back office database and real-time business system , which has enabled us to comply and integrate with the largest of our client partners ,’ Dan concluded . ‘ The system has helped us grow and take on more operatives . We are now more automated and the significantly faster turnaround time has been key in winning new business .’
