FROM THE SENIORS
Navajyoth Kumar, B.Tech IV/IV:
Hi,
Things always fall short even after proper maneuvering, all I wanted to convey is Stay with Acads, stick
to something offbeat. Coz Institutes like NIT Warangal, are the best platforms to train and nurture
your skills. There are lots of clubs, lots of activities going on round the year, do participate, bug your
Profs for projects, and maintain a good senior-junior repo.
Checklist in the decreasing order of priority:
Acads, Technical exposure, Interns (Research-abroad, or IITs, IISc), projects, hands-on experience (be
it of very less significance), building communication-skills.
Bring laurels to the department and get the most out of it. Have fun.
Good Luck!
Cheers!
Naveen Sabbavarapu, B.Tech IV/IV:

academic background, Work hard, be patient and Confident. We are blessed to have such a wonderful
faculty teaching us, enjoy the subject. Have a good relation with seniors and juniors. Bring pride to
your parents and Our Department. Finally, "we will be always there for you to help at any time". Don't
be hesitant. Come out with bright colors, Wishing you all the best.
Prathyusha Kamarajugadda, B.Tech IV/IV:
Hello,
Losing track of what is going on in the class is one of the major problems any student faces. Don’t
worry too much about it. But keep a track of what is going on.
The best way to bounce back is to work on a project. Meet a professor or just google for projects. Work
on them. You will never get ready-made information. You have to hunt for it. Google. Meet Profs for
guidance. NO project is above your level. Most of the technology prescribed in the textbooks we use is
pretty outdated. Even if you were listening to classes, you would face the same problem anyhow.
Initially while working on a project, you might be tempted to give up as everything might sound Greek
and Latin. Remember that if you give up there, you can never succeed. Initially even if the progress is
slow, it will gradually speed-up. Trust me, the satisfaction you get after finishing a good project
(however small it is) is tremendous. All the best!
