Boundaries and contracts; confidentiality ? Cognitive and other approaches ? Co-coaching and peer supervision ? The possibilities of, and how to set up, a coaching culture ? Practice coaching in a safe environment ? Support in practice coaching in the workplace and keep a learning journal ? Support in preparing for the case study and live assessment Our approach: This programme at a level 5 and designed for the HR Professional or People Manager who is looking to take the lead by example in their organisation, potentially as a cross functional coach or to develop a coaching culture. Fees £1350 +VAT Duration 6 days in the classroom Dates 2014 28 January, 18 February, 18 March, 15 April, 13 May, 10 June Complete one written case study, at least 12 hours coaching, and a live coaching assessment.
