I am proud of the efforts of all our staff, including volunteers and partnering agencies providing services, who rose up to meet the challenges that 2019 brought to El Dorado County. Many positive changes were made throughout the Custody Division this year. This was accomplished by working together on services such as inmate programs, medical and mental health services and building improvements. I look forward to seeing our staff meet future challenges with the same determination to make a positive difference in line with the Sheriff’s Vision of total enforcement, total care and total professionalism.
