SCHOLARSHIPS
Santa Ana College ’ s annual scholarship competition is now open . To participate , students must be currently enrolled at SAC , have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA , have completed at least 12 units at SAC , and be enrolled in at least six units during the fall and spring semesters of the current school year . The deadline to apply is Feb . 21 . Workshops offering tips for scholarship applicants will be held Nov . 29 and Dec . 7 . For information , call 714-564-6478 or visit sac . edu / scholarships .

The autumn sale has been projected by game news websites to run Nov . 23 through Nov . 29 . The winter sale is believed to start Dec . 22 and run through Jan . 2 . The dates and specific markdowns , however , won ’ t be released by Steam until the sales have officially begun . Although the discounts during these year-end sales are not as low as the platform ’ s famed summer sale , gamers can still pick up AAA titles for around $ 10 . CONSTRUCTION
Preparations for a future amphitheater will be taking place through Nov . 25 , further reducing the already limited pedestrian walkways on campus . Throughout this week , soil excavation and shoring activities will take place west of Dunlap Hall ( between buildings D and L ). Increases in traffic and equipment noise are expected .
