HYDRATION STATIONS
DOWNTOWN SCREENING
COFFEE WITH COPS
Santa Ana College has
installed four new hydration
stations on campus in collaboration with the student
services office.
The stations are located at
Russell Hall in the first floor
hallway, the Administration
Building on the first floor
near the counseling offices,
the small gym behind the
W Building and in the E
Building/Fitness Center.
These environmentally
friendly changes will help
students save money and cut
back on their use of plastic.

The Frida Cinema will screen
the Academy Award nominated film, Embrace of the Serpent,
this Monday through Thursday
at 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Nominated for Best Foreign
Language Film, the movie
is based on the diaries of
scientists Theodor KochGrunberg and Richard Evan
Schultes, who worked with
an Amazonian shaman,
Karamakate, over the course of
40 years to search the Amazon
for a sacred healing plant.
Tickets for the matinee
screening are $7.

The Santa Ana Police
Department is inviting community members to meet with
police officers at a local Dunkin’
Donuts to discuss issues and
get to know each other.
You can have Coffee With a
Cop on March 23, from 8:30
a.m to 10:30 a.m, at the Dunkin’
Donuts on 100 S. Harbor Blvd.
The SAPD hosts similar meetups throughout the year at
different locations. The event is
free and open to everyone.

The Wizarding World of
Harry Potter is opening next
month with two new features
exclusive to Universal Studios’
Hollywood location.
Specially priced tickets are
available online for Santa Ana
College students, faculty
and staff.
In order to purchase them, a
valid Santa Ana College email
address is required. Students
can go to the official Santa
Ana College website drop
down menu “Current Students,”
and under “Admissions &
Records” click on “Student
Email and Microsoft Office
365 Cloud.” Follow the instructions from there to create an
account. Buyers can save up
to $20 on general admission
