En la búsqueda de la tan
anhelada resiliencia, la preparación
organizacional y la identificación y
comprensión de los riesgos actuales y
emergentes conforman actualmente
el núcleo de los negocios, por lo
que deben incluirse en la lista
de objetivos que toda empresa
debe perseguir, incluso en medio
de dificultades imprevisibles,
como la pandemia, que amenaza
con fragmentar aún más a esta
convulsionada región, América
Latina.
En este contexto, Escalera
Alcázar considera que para alcanzar
la resiliencia organizacional las
aseguradoras deben entender
que dicha aspiración es más que
un procedimiento operativo. En
realidad, es un objetivo estratégico
que debe incluir a todos los

unpredictable difficulties, such as the

In this context, Escalera Alcázar
believes that, if insurance companies
want to be resilient, they need to
understand that such desire is more
than an operational procedure.
In fact, it is a strategic goal that
