Set a deadline
Once you set a specific goal you need to set a deadline. Without a deadline it’ s just a dream. It’ s easy to set a goal like“ I am a millionaire”, but without a deadline you’ re just giving yourself the illusion that you’ re doing something to improve your life, when in fact you’ re not really taking any action.
When you set a deadline it suddenly becomes obvious that you need to take some action in order for things to change before you meet your deadline.
For example, if you last less than 2 minutes in the bedroom and you want to last over 30 minutes 4 out of 5 times and you want to make this change within a month, then it’ s pretty obvious you need to take some drastic action to make this change. You are going to have to take consistent action to make constant incremental improvements in your time in bed. In the first week you could focus on mastering one method, which may add 5 minutes in bed. The second week you could focus on a different technique which may add 10 minutes in bed … and on and on.
