 Management and Organization The Dresser has 9 departments, 159 employees and 2 international branches. Jandee, Claire, Harrison, Jiyang and Raina are the administration in The Dresser. The Dresser is composed of three different jobs. The Dresser needs coordinator to offer advice service, and casher to calculate the items. Also, staffs will control the storage and clean the store.  Marketing Strategies There are two ways to access to customers. First thing is traditional ways like printed advertisement or TV commercial, and the other ways is using the Internet through social media from the company blog to social network service. Also, promotion will progress to make customer participate to promotion. In the promotion, the one is social media marketing, and the other one is workshop. Both ways are great to get reputation in the market.  Financial Plan In finance department, The Dresser’s total investment is $15 million, and we started our business with our own capital. The biggest part of the start up expense is inventory, and it is all for buying brand-new and high-quality clothes to start The Dresser’s business. We believe that we can make big income in twelve months, especially on December with Christmas season. Moreover, we expect that we can reach the break-even point between November and December 2011.
