Here are explanations about organization of the Dresser.  Jandee, CEO of The Dresser. Jandee studied about business and fashion design at Korea. She studied about fashion at Paris, and she had 5 years experience as a designer at fashion company after she graduated. She participated several fashion shows at Europe; meanwhile, new idea of doing business popped up at her mind. Then, she started The Dresser, and now she manages all things of The Dresser.  Claire, director of Operation and Human Resources departments. Before Claire takes a director at The Dresser, she worked 3 years at Nike, famous sport product company, in Taiwan. Also, she has many experiences as a director in companies that sell clothes for young people. In addition, she likes to create new ideas for business and willing to help people. These minds make her more suitable for this position at The Dresser.  Harrison, manager of International Branches and Customer Service departments. Harrison has a master degree on international business in Korea. When he was a university student, he wanted to understand deeply other countries’ business cultures; therefore, he decided to go to LA for studying in the United States. While he was in the US, he studied about business and English.  Jiyang, director of Finance and R&D department. Jiyang studied about English literature and business, and she has many experiences at this fields. Jiyang was a manager of finance department at LOTTE department store in 2 years, and then she changed the job within same field at UHAN Company, Korean Business Company, at 1 year.  Raina, manager of Marketing and Information Technology departments. Raina graduated university in Korea, and she has a master degree at communication and media. She was a member of club creating advertisement for contest, and the project got prized as a public advertisement competition.
