The embarkation point is on King George Island on the most northerly part of Antarctica. Planet Nine could then
sail over a sunken volcano off Deception Island before heading south to the Vernadsky, Rothera or Palmer research
stations. Work with climate change scientists taking Planet Nine’s helicopter in search of blue whales feeding on
billions of plankton.
Hire a submarine to dive beneath the ice and see creatures out of the furthest reaches of your imagination. Camp
out overnight on an iceberg and hike to sites from the First Heroic Age expeditions. Walk in the footprints of legends,
Amundsen, Shackleton, Scott and Ross. Kayak past icebergs with whales and seals for company. Get dropped off by
helicopter and ski back to base. Take the tender with an expert guide to encounter curious penguins and big barking
sea lions.
