Having recently launched 90 metre Shark, Oceanco’s latest project is
something astonishing, 115 metre Tuhura. The concept is by the team
who created award-winning Jubilee, Lobanov and BMT engineering.
The tapered canoe hull is highly efficient and powered by contra
rotating hybrid Azipods. But the most radical aspect of the yacht
is the windows. Using advanced glass technology the view
from inside is completely transparent while from the
outside the huge glazed panels are disguised
to appear as part of the hull.
Interior design is by Achille Salvagni and
reflects an overall theme of calm, highlighted
by natural materials and
contemporary elegance.
