STCC Cosmetology Tour
On February 21 st we will be bringing a group of
students to Springfield Technical Community
College to tour one of the best Cosmetology
programs in our area.
ACC Manufacturing Tour
On February 25 th ACC will be hosting students
interested in electromechanical, machining, and
welding careers for a tour of their training
programs. Students who chose to enroll in College
Connections can begin receiving credit in these
programs during their Junior and Senior years of
high school. Free lunch will be included in this
visit.
Phoenix Manufacturing Tour
Real Art Ways
Students interested in pursuing a career in
the arts should consider attending the
Career Exploration Trip to Real Art
Ways in Hartford on March 12 th .
Phoenix Manufacturing of Enfield will be hosting
a group of students on March 19 th for a Career
Exploration Trip. Any students interested in
manufacturing or engineering are encouraged to
attend.
Military Information Month
March is Military Information Month in the Career Center. Please see below for
current planned events. Students interested in the Military are encouraged to check-in
at the Career Center to sign up for these events or to learn about newly added Info
Sessions.
March 3 rd – Army during Eagle Block
March 5 th – Marines during Eagle Block
March 10 th – Navy during Eagle Block
March 11 th – ASVAB Test @ 8:00 in the Library
