Daily healthy habits that you
practice?
Yoga every morning at 7! Getting
outside to take a walk in the
fresh air and sunshine. I always
set aside 30 minutes to write and
brainstorm, any time of the day.
Daily supplements: Organic
Apple Perfect Food Greens,
mykind Men’s Once Daily, mykind
B-Complex, Dr. Formulated Men’s
Probiotic, Pain Relief Turmeric.
When do you find yourself the
happiest?
I’m a very social person and am
the happiest around people in
social settings–with friends &
family! As long as I stick to my
daily health routine, I can show
up excited, loving, positive, and
energized. Second best: Nature!
What 2 things help you stay
active with so much travel?
Saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga
are a must for me when I travel.
I also like to have a teaspoon of
Apple Cider Vinegar with water
twice a day. First thing in the
morning when waking up, I drink
32 oz. of water with lemon. Through
the day to stay balanced and
hydrated, I drink a green juice.
