ULTIMATE DETOX SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
• 8 oz . filtered water
• 4 oz . unsweetened almond milk
• 1 scoop Detoxifiber
• 1 serving Perfect Food Green Superfood Formula
• 1 serving Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein ( Vanilla )
INSTRUCTIONS : Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth .
CHOCOLATE COLLAGEN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
• 6 oz . unsweetened almond milk
• 6 oz . coffee , cooled
• 1 serving ( 2 scoops ) Garden of Life Collagen Protein ( chocolate )
• ½ frozen banana
• ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
• 3-4 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS : Brew coffee and set aside to cool . Once cool , add all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 15 seconds .
PERFECT GREEN SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS :
• 8 oz . unsweetened non-dairy milk
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Perfect Food Green Superfood Formula
• 1 serving Raw Organic Protein ( Vanilla )
• 3-5 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS : Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 15 seconds . Add more almond milk or splash of water if consistency is too thick . Serve immediately .

INGREDIENTS :
• 1-2 Tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
• ¼ - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ¼ fresh lemon juice
• 12 oz . of sparkling water
• 4-5 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS : Mix all ingredients in a glass and serve cold . Drink with a straw .

INFUSED DETOX WATER
INGREDIENTS :
• 1 large cucumber
• 1 lemon
• 10 mint leaves
• 1 large jar of filtered water
INSTRUCTIONS : Slice cucumber and lemon and add to the filtered water . Let sit at room temperature for 1 - 2 hours or in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving .
NO BAKE COCONUT CRANBERRY PROTEIN BALLS
INGREDIENTS :
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
• ½ cup dried unsweetened cranberries
• ½ cup gluten-free oats
• ½ cup almond butter
• ¼ cup Lakanto maple syrup
• ¼ cup walnuts ; finely chopped
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 scoop Garden of Life Vanilla Protein
INSTRUCTIONS : In a large bowl , mix together all dry ingredients . Add almond butter and maple syrup . Using a sturdy spatula , stir and fold together until well incorporated . Scoop mixture into your hands ( about 2 tbsp each ). Roll and press into bites . If the mixture is too dry , add a little more almond butter , maple syrup or dash of almond milk . You want a slightly sticky dough texture . Store these bites in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one week . Freeze for up to one month .
