Nylén takes over at Mr Green
Mr Green has appointed Marcus Nylén as its new chief executive, the Maltalicensed casino operator has announced. Co-founder and former CEO Mikael Pawlo has stepped down from the role with the eGR award-winner to head up a new venture from the Green Gaming Group, details of which have not been revealed. Nylén was formerly CEO of Swedishbased private equity firm Fafner Inves.

Ignacio Martos leaves French operator after just a year

Ignacio Martos has left the business after just a year. eGR understands Martos stepped down from his role in December last year, informing staff in an internal email seen by this publication. He has been replaced by chief ?nancial and corporate officer Isabelle Andres, who has been at the company since September 2009. “During this year we had to navigate difficult waters and it has been a tough and demanding experience for all of us, but it has also been rewarding to see that the measures taken helped to put the company back on track to recover operational pro?tability and create new opportunities for quite a few members of our team,” Martos said in the internal email. “The fact that Betclic Everest Group is now on the right path is [to] your merit.
