Its equivalent in the services category was won by Initial Rewards, who also took home the Retention Partner of the Year prize. The sheer number of quality service providers was re?ected in the diversity of winning operators, with 27 different companies taking home a trophy. Established companies like Dragon?sh, GTECH G2 and OpenBet mixed with emerging providers and operators entering for the ?rst time such as OpenMarket, SpotOption and the “truly innovative” Scratchino, which won the Innovation in Mobile award. With the well-documented rise of social gaming prompting the majority of operators to invest in the sector, the audience watched with interest as the nominees for the ?rst-ever Social Gaming Supplier of the Year award were announced, before NextGen Gaming fought off competition from QuickSpin and Cozy Games to walk away with the prize.
