Last month, H2 conservatively predicted Full Tilt sequential growth of 7%; it was actually slightly ahead of this at 9%. The last time anything like this growth was achieved was in February 2010. Full Tilt recorded an average of 6,350 ring game players during November from re-launch onward, compared to 16,100 in November 2010 and 16,200 in March 2011, the latter being the last full month prior to the Black Friday indictments. PokerStars saw its average dot.com player numbers fall by about 3.5% (just over 800) sequentially in November, however with the additional Full Tilt players total average ring game numbers were ahead by approximately 22%. Going forward H2 would expect growth in the region of 3% in December, slightly ahead of the 1% we quoted last month. Therefore, H2 would see average real-money interactive poker player numbers going through the 110,000 barrier in December, which would be the highest level since Black Friday. The gains of the return of Full Tilt Poker have been offset by the migration of Everest Poker platform players to iPoker and a disappointing dot.country performance. During Q3, the gross win generated in the dot.country markets was around €70m in France, €73m in Italy, €11m in Denmark and €16m in Spain. All of these levels are slightly lower than was expected at the beginning of the year as the majority of regulated markets face the headwinds of high taxation and little or no growth in domestic GDP. 127,700 96,300 127,700 OCT 12 OCT 11 OCT 10 260 263 339 D OT.CO M I N T ER AC T IV E PO KER KPIs CASH GAME PLAYERS BY STAKE NOVEMBER 2012 TOURNAMENT PLAYERS BY BUY-IN GROSS GAMING YIELD: REAL MONEY INTERNET POKER (€M) Ring games and tournaments, including bonuses, ring games/tournaments & all dot.com and dot.country sites HIGH MEDIUM 1.8% 7.9% 21.2 % LOW MICRO 69.0% All sources: H2 Gambling Capital December 2012 – (NB. The extent of the offerings vary from just their core lottery products to a comprehensive list of interactive betting and gaming verticals. This month, based on current announcements, H2 examines how onshore interactive gambling could develop over the next ?ve years and the impact on overall Canadian interactive gambling spend. Based on the assumptions outlined in the graphs, H2 expects the gross win generated by the Canadian onshore-regulated market (dot.ca) to commence in the region of C$450m during next year and then grow to C$757m in 2015 and C$1.11bn in 2017. However, the latter is only around 43% of the complete dot.ca market potential within this timeframe should all products be permitted across all provinces under a competitive market environment. Given their scale and the range of products they intend to offer, the dot.ca market will be dominated by British Columbia and Quebec, as between them H2 expects the organisations to account for approximately 87% of the market within a ?ve-year horizon. If Alberta did decide to proceed with egaming, the province would become a third signi?cant market with Ontario having the potential to be the largest of all. Despite the limitation of product verticals planned for many provinces, the split of products across the nation looks similar to what would be expected in a dot.com environment due to the range of products that it is expected will be ava ??&?R??'&?F?6?6??V?&??BVV&V2??"7W'&V?F?f?VW2F?R?fg6??&R6?F??Vv??r?&?WBB?W7BV?FW"2C?S???w&?72v???v?F?F?RFWfV???V?B?b??6??&R7F?f?G???B?2W?V7FVBF?BF??2v???f??F???F?R&Vv????b2Cc???F?R6???r?V'2??V???rF?B'?#R6?F????W'2v???vV?W&FRF?F???FW&7F?fRw&?72v???b6?&62C?3f&??v??6?v???&RF?RWV?f?V?B?b?W7B?fW"?R?bF?RF?F?f?VR?bF?R6?F????W"v?&??r?&?WBBF??2F??R??.( ?26???WFR6?F????6??&R??FW&7F?fRv?&??rFF6WB?2f??&?Rf?"F?v???B2'B?b?W"??V?7V'67&?F???6?vR??"?2V&?6?VBFWF??VB?&?WB&W?'Bf?"g&?6RF?6???V?V?BF?Rg&V?6??F????FF6WB?BTv??p??#???wwr?Vw&?v???R?6???
