IF YOU ARE LOOKING for a chance to disappear from the stressors of life for a few moments , enjoying the thrill of singing your favorite song from the top of your lungs at a concert , witnessing professional ballet , listening to the Brevard Symphony Orchestra , or laughing until your belly hurts watching a big name comedian from the big stage , The King Center for the Performing Arts has what you need !
In fact , plans are already underway to continue bringing the best in live entertainment to the Space Coast and Central Florida for performances on the L3Harris Technologies Main Stage .
Looking ahead , The King Center will host the return of a second full season of National Touring Broadway in partnership with the American Theatre Guild . Dates and performances are being planned . The Brevard Symphony Orchestra has announced their “ Bright Lights , Big Music ” concert series , featuring five classical works and a fun mashup of comedy and music with songs and themes from “ The Pink Panther ” and the popular HBO series “ Curb Your Enthusiasm .” And let ’ s not forget the fan favorite “ Classic Albums Live ” series with six concerts sure to please fans of classic rock music who enjoy listening to their favorite albums “ note for note , cut for cut ” as it was intended on the original albums . The season performances will include The Eagles Greatest Hits , Billy Joel ’ s The Stranger album , Pink Floyd ’ s The Wall , U2 ’ s The Joshua Tree and more !
Fans are in for a real treat . The King Center venue itself has just undergone the first phase of a $ 4 million renovation . The main entrance , lobby , VIP Crown Club room have all been revitalized , as has the 2,016 seat L3Harris Technologies Main Stage Theatre and the 30-seat intimate Studio Theatre .
