Robin Diaz
moved to the Treasure Coast from Orlando, Florida.
Soon she began studying business and later graduated from the University
of Central Florida in 2014 with an MBA. She is passionate about education
because it has literally changed her life. Now, she is the Alumni Relations
Coordinator for Eastern Florida State College where she is helping to connect
students and former graduates with the Alumni Association. She has already
begun to celebrate the accomplishments of EFSC graduates and how they
have impacted our community through the creation of a new Alumni
Newsletter along with targeted letters to certificate program graduates.
“I want to make the
Alumni program a
vibrant and useful
tool in the lives of
our Alumni,”
says Robin.
RISING TITAN SCHOLARS
Pfrimmer Family
All Graduates
of EFSC!
L ooking back, I’m sure the Pfrimmer family never
thought that all of them would graduate from the same
college in the future, but that’s exactly what happened.
Both Sandy and Charles Pfrimmer graduated from EFSC
and so have their children, Jenny and Joe.

Why is this story important, one might ask?
Because higher education enables transformation.
A college degree creates the opportunity to make social and economic progress in one’s life. When one
Titan rises, the whole family reaps the benefit as time moves forward. This transformational change called
“opportunity” allows students to rise to the level that their abilities and energy will take them.
