THIS YEAR’S Highlights OUR • Raised $90,000 at 4th Annual Golf Tournament Team In spring 2016, the EFSC Foundation office was a two-person staff that has since grown to six full-time employees. During Fiscal Year 2017-2018, each member of the team worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere for our donors, students, faculty and staff, always striving for excellence. • Welcomed six new members to the Foundation Board of Directors Integrity and trust are critical at the Foundation. When you are stewarding a donor’s personal gift, it is important to respect their wishes. Therefore, each employee is trusted to be honest, transparent and forthright. Equally important, each employee has demonstrated a commitment to their job and shown a willingness to do whatever it takes to reach success. • Started the Scholarship Recipient Student Ambassador Program • Re-started the Distinguished Alumni Program Thanks to the team’s stellar efforts, we have communicated with more constituents than ever, awarded more scholarships than ever, found and re-engaged more than 1,000 alumni, and planned events that have raised nearly $250,000 for scholarships. • Hosted the first EFSC Golf Alumni Reunion • Increased Scholarship awards by 40% My favorite part about coming to work is sharing my time with this wonderful group of people. To us, it is not just a job but also a lifestyle of service. Students were on hand to demonstrate how they use the state-of-the-art labs and equipment. The event benefited student scholarships funded through the EFSC Foundation.
