Launching Professionals
Since its inception in 2012 , campus Career Centers have served 115,000 students !
In March of 2024 , Career Services hosted a job and career fair readiness event called “ Launch Your Career .” The event was designed to help students prepare for the April 2024 Job and Transfer Fair .
At the event , students created résumés , practiced their 30-second elevator pitches , and engaged in mock interviews with volunteer community leaders .
Due to collaboration between the Association of Florida Colleges ( AFC ), EFSC Chapter AFC , and Titan2Titan Closet , students were able to select an interview outfit at no cost to them .
They also received a free professional headshot thanks to Dr . Steven Hicks , Graphic Design Instructor on the EFSC Melbourne Campus .
