As you are all aware, HR Connect was
a special program devised to gauge the
true pulse of the organization. This
program identified many new arenas that HR
would be concentrating on in the coming times.
One of the off-shoots of this initiative was the launch of the
Transitional Training Model (TTM),
aimed to develop a
comprehensive learning framework, aligning functional and
management skill interventions in a transitional development
model to unify the focus towards skill enhancement.
To kick the TTM program off, the launch for marketing was held
in the Country Club, Muridke on the 8th of Decemeber 2016. It
aimed to enhance the understanding of the new comprehen-
sive learning framework that, as mentioned above aligns
functional and management skill interventions in a structured
manner keeping the focus on the skill enhancement. Staying
true to EFERT’s legacy of constant evolution, this methodology
focuses on improving the overall experience of each employee.
The launch in Muridke kicked off with Tayyaba Naqsh and
Nadeem Ahmed explaining the concept behind TTM and how
the Marketing Division would benefit from it. The audience then
asked questions pertaining to their relevant experiences, and
the session was concluded with expectations from this
revamped, learning-centric approach and the efforts that
EFERT HR has put into making this a success.
