SELLING SKILLS COURSE FOR CROP SCIENCE DIVISION We all know the importance of trainings in polishing skills and leading growth. Being a new business division of EFERT, it is important for CSD to have a skilled sales force to deliver good results. To achieve this goal, we initiated the “Selling Skills” course for the Sales team across the regions of Sindh and Punjab. The course included many important aspects like guidelines to make sales call, handling customer responses and closing calls effectively. All this was supported with video sessions and detailed reviews of recorded calls by the participants for better understanding of the skills used during the call.
