not only yourself, but also others. You
have to not give up, and give all that you
have. You have to take that small step
right outside of your comfort zone. But in
the end, you’ll see it was worth it. We got
the chance to climb up the cliffs and then
jump down again.
where and when to go. In fact, the group
that was going to go the day after us was
cancelled because of the rough sea - the
sea was too choppy and it might have
been dangerous to go out. Instead they
went rock climbing, which is another of
the activities the IB students do to achieve
CAS as well as their Duke of Edinburgh
award for those who are doing that. The
students will also go sea kayaking, horse
riding and caving as other CAS activities.

The first IB1 group to rock climb.
The first IB1 group to coasteer.
We climbed one which was almost 13
meters tall and let me tell you, that is a lot.
Yet, ¾ of the students jumped willingly
out while screaming “VIVA LA FRANCE”
and “VICTORY” and “FREEDOM”, and
you could tell they were proud when they
came up of the water. Though, before you
