of year again. As the schools will be closing shortly, how about taking on a baking
session with your kids – this time, make your own edible Christmas tree decorations.
French macaroons are all the hype these days and although it sounds very
complicated to make them it is, after all only a recipe you have to follow. I got my
recipe from the best pastry chef in Southern Africa, Nicholas van der Walt from the
FBI cooking school in Johannesburg. You will nee a food thermometer for this recipe.
