What Jesus’ birth
still teaches us today
Christmas time is family time, a time when people draw
closer to the ones they love and care for to share a bit
of time and a wonderful meal or two - together. Eating
together is one of the age-old traditions to strengthen
bonds between people. It’s the physical closeness,
the smells and the tastes, the listening and the talking
that stimulate the emotional brain to secrete feel-good
hormones such as oxytocin – the love hormone.
Life takes a bit of time and
a lot of relationship
