The state of affairs seemed to be very unfair, as the teacher student ratio turned out to be 1625 students and 13 teachers. There are no helpers in the premises and 1 teacher looks after 2 classes of minimum 60 students each, simultaneously! Though the students portrayed extreme love for the institution they study in by organizing themselves and teaming up to clean their classrooms, collecting the mid day meals as it arrives and distributing it amongst themselves, as well as being patient and attentive as their class was in progress.
,Nitin along with his team of youth successfully conducted a workshop for over 600 students of the school on 19th April 2018. He talked about the importance of having a definite goal set in life, consistently working towards it and staying motivated all the way while garnering support from family, teachers and friends, alongside multiple aspects covered by his team , that included life ethics, benefits of veganism and how even young minds as small as fifth graders can add value to sustainable development. The students as well as the faculty were extremely happy to experience such an informative, motivating and inspiring session for the first time in their lives! Many took notes as the speakers spoke and gratefully appreciated DLF foundation, Mr Nitin and the entire team for all the efforts they undertook for the well-being of the young minds in the school.
