Zoo Camps: FUN for all ages Camp at the Zoo has become a summer and winter staple for many Brevard County families, with 9,346 children participating between 2009 and 2019. Campers may experience behind-the-scenes tours, animal encounters, hands-on science experiments, games, crafts and nature-based field trips. Smaller-scale camps are offered during the holiday break in late December and early January. “ Rain was thrilled with the zip line and Treetop Trek. She has run several Spartan races that include obstacle courses and was so happy she could use the skills she learned on the ground in the mud and in the trees!
