Retirement Celebrations
On April 27 th , 2012 , an Arts Education 30 th Anniversary celebration was held with a surprise tribute to Dr . Norman Yakel on his retirement .
On June 21 st , 2012 , a universitywide retirement celebration took place for Denise Lindenbach , Faculty of Education Administrator , who retired from the University of Regina after more than 36 years of service .
On June 20 th , 2012 , Dr . Michael Tymchak was honoured by his colleagues and friends on his retirement .
On June 5 th , 2012 , the Faculty recognized on their retirements : Denise Lindenbach , Juanita Modeland , Michael Tymchak , Norm Yakel , and Garth Pickard for their many years of service to the Faculty of Education .
