Master ' s student Whitney Blaisdell ( PI ) received $ 5000 funding from the Faculty of Arts Based Community Research Unit for a project involving a partnership between Project Play YQR and , the Early Learning Centre ( ELC ). The research explores creative ways to use social media and “ crowd sourcing ” from the community to continue to support families while they are more isolated in their home environments .
