Photos : French Elementary Bac students in Stephen Davis ' DLNG 315 class reading and sharing Indigenous Literatures during an outdoor literature circle in the autumn sunshine with Dr . Heather Phipps . Students expressed their appreciation for Indigenous children ' s literatures and shared ideas for teaching in their field placement . We walked to First Nations University where we were warmly welcomed by the staff and librarian Paula Daigle .
October 5 , 2021 , la caravane de l ' ACPI ( Association canadienne des professionnels de l ' immersion ) GRANDE VIRÉE ! They are traveling across Canada to promote and " ignite passions " for careers in French education and to recruit student candidates for our le Bac program as well as other programs . They are also recruiting future teachers for school divisions in our province and across the country .
