The Supporting New EFs Community of Practice supports staff who are new to the EF role . Our membership is made up of EF staff from across all UNSW faculties , the majority having converted from sessional teaching , or being new to UNSW . We also have members who have transitioned from research academic roles , and more senior EFs who want to actively support newer EFs .
