Introduction
In 2012, the MN Realty School was created with the concept that a person comes
to our educational experiences for a fair price, thoroughly enjoys their class,
learns important concepts which apply to the real estate industry and leaves very
happy.
Understanding the difference in how adults learn, Mike Brennan and Tim Gallivan
applied important adult learning methods to the course curriculum resulting in an
experience that will “edu-train” agents.
Our classes average rating is 4.9 out of 5.0 in satisfaction.

About:
Mike Brennan has been training and teaching for 11+ years in the real estate
industry. Having taught prelicense and continuing education for Minnesota
agents (and Colorado, California, Wyoming, Florida, Wisconsin, North Dakota and
Montana), Mike is a sought after speaker. His engaging manner and enthusiasm
makes classes enjoyable and educational. Mike has been nominated as one the
most influential voices in real estate by Inman News and brings real world stories
to class to inject real life into class time.
Tim Gallivan was a licensed real estate broker for 34 years before co-founding the
MN Realty School. Tim has taught licensing and continuing education classes for
11+ years and for national real estate companies. His style is thoroughly enjoyed
by many. Called “the professor” by many of his attendees, Tim is sought after as a
speaker. His depth of knowledge and engaging manner gives students a class
session they won’t soon forget.
MN Realty School is approved by the MN Department of Commerce to offer prelicense and continuing
