Day 1 – Tuesday May 7th
At 8:00 am, Spanish people took the bus in the Parterre park to go to the hotel, where all the groups were picked up from.
The bus took us to the chocolate factory : « Gaspar Pérez». At 10:00 am we arrived in the chocolate factory to learn the steps from cocoa to chocolate.
We had a picnic composed of sandwiches with salami and butter inside.
At 10:30 am we started the visit of the chocolate factory. We started with the history of chocolate, its characteristics, and the different types and shapes. After that we went to the chocolate factory to see different machines used to make chocolate.
In the morning, we met everyone. The Spanish people came to pick us from the hotel by bus.
