Once the matcha is packed it’s
shipped to their warehouse in Cape
Town where it is then repacked into
their iconic white tins and ready to
serve, staying as fresh as the day it
was harvested.
They believe that all the small suc-
cesses led up to their greatest suc-
cess, which is giving. Giving more to
their customers, giving back to their
community and giving towards those
that won’t be able to give back to
them. So to say their greatest suc-
cess within their career was realising
that they could now finally afford to
give back, via donations and helping
people out with their time. That is a
truly great feeling for them!
They feel that their greatest threat
would be that the company grows
so big that they loose sight of what
their customers really need and re-
ally want, being so small still they can
interact with their customers one on
one, they can befriend them and help
them out with anything that they
might need. That to them would also
be their greatest disappointment.
The process that excites them the
most would be the moment when
they see what their customers are
creating with their product, the
customers can truly be so creative!
They’ve seen everything from mat-
cha lattes to matcha macaroons to
matcha shots, that excites them so,
so much!
Get-Matcha has big plans for 2017
still; they’re launching two brand
new products this year! Of course,
they couldn’t let it slip with Editéur
Plus, but they’re sure it’s going to
be making waves within the food in-
dustry of South Africa! So check out
their social media platforms in the
coming months for these updates,
they also said that they will be giving
away tonnes of free goodies!
