EDITORIAL NOTE
W
hat you are about to read, is a magazine about
the maker culture. A culture focussing on DIY-
projects, innovation and technology. For this first
issue, it is especially in the aspect of technology. Besides
focussing on the maker culture, and the reason for doing
this, Editoreal's raison d'etre is to evoke, develop and inspire
future generation creators of technogy as well as the arts.
Editoreal wants to exist as platform portraying the maker
culture, specially the new and different technologies, that
hopefully, temporarily can blur the lines between art and
innovation.
The primary focus, for this first issue focusses on companies
that daily works on creating and shaping the future for the
better. Space 10 tries shaping ideas, homes and technologies
for the future, calling themselves a future-lab. Makropol
blurs the lines between art, ad's and innovation through
their technology-focussed production company. There
might be many who are also sceptical towards the future
of technology, however this magazine, extensily focusses
on discovering the most inspiring and well-made projects
around the globe. Have a good read.
