CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS Conference Proceedings will be available shortly after the conference on the conference website . To access the proceedings , please visit the Water Infrastructure Conference online program . Proceedings will be available until March 12 , 2022 .

Use the WIC Mobile App to earn Certificates of Completion for sessions and workshops . Please verify requirements with your licensing agency to receive credit for your attendance .
INSTRUCTIONS :
• Download the App “ AWWA Events ” from your app store
• Open the event “ 2021 Water Infrastructure Conference ”
• Login to the app using your Last Name & the number printed beneath the barcode on your badge
• Each session has a unique “ check-in ” and “ check-out ” code to track your attendance
• The moderator will announce the check-in code and checkout code for each sessions
• Using the app , enter the codes into the Parent Session ( not each talk ) upon arrival and upon leaving the room

COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES AWWA is committed to protecting public health . Together with the Arizona Grand Resort & Spa and in consideration of guidance and information shared by the CDC , and local government requirements & guidance , we are planning for the following :
• We are asking that all conference participants ( regardless of vaccination status ), wear a mask inside of conference facilities , including hotels , and at all WIC21 events , sessions or meeting space .
• Physical distancing encouraged
• Hand sanitizing stations
• Show management will have masks available as needed .
• AWWA Show Management and Arizona Grand Resort & Spa Associates will continue to wear masks
• Waiver review and release required to obtain attendance

Search your app store for “ AWWA Events ” ( powered by TPNI ), open the application , and choose Water Infrastructure Conference . Logging in is not required to browse the app ; however , to build your personal schedule , and track CEUs , please use the login credentials that were emailed to you . Presenter and moderators can use this room to prepare in a quiet environment . The room is unattended , and no electrical or audiovisual equipment will be provided . If you need assistance , please visit the Registration desk . Presenters should check-in at Registration as soon as possible upon arriving at the conference .
WIC21 REGISTRATION Sonoran Sky Registration
Everyone attending the conference must register and wear a badge . Your badge is your admission pass to the technical sessions , luncheons , and receptions .
If you ’ ve pre-registered and paid you may print your badge at the Scan & Go contactless station in the registration lobby .
