z AIPIA revises Virtual Congresses 2021

AIPIA moves to 7 October ; Digitalization to 16 November

Due to the continued disruption in the events calendar caused by Covid-19 , AIPIA has moved the date of both its Virtual Congresses in 2021 to ensure some ‘ clear space ’ exists in the overcrowded Virtual World we currently inhabit ! The new dates are – SMART PACKAGING FOR SUPPLY CHAIN 7th October 2021 ( moved from 16th September ); and , DIGITALIZATION : Connected Packaging & Sustainability 16th November 2021 ( moved from 2nd November ). These events are part of the year-long AIPIA global Smart Packaging program that has already held its events for India in March and in China in June of this year .

Eef de Ferrante , managing director of AIPIA writes , “ These changes have also been caused by the need for AIPIA to move offices at rather short notice in late August . This could severely disrupt our ability to technically organize the Congress scheduled in mid-September . By moving the dates slightly we can be sure we are fully operational again and there is sufficient preparation time between the two events .

We hope that these changes do not cause any inconvenience . At least in the Virtual space there are no physical changes required to participate . Please make a note of the new dates in your agendas . Thank you for your understanding .”
