Per raggiungere questi obiettivi l’ impresa ha adottato i seguenti strumenti:
• organica e chiara definizione dei compiti e delle responsabilità dei partecipanti alla realizzazione delle opere;
• applicazione di tecniche e metodologie qualitative come mezzo per gestire le attività della società;
• completa e precisa definizione delle caratteristiche delle opere da realizzare anche quando queste siano soltanto implicite nella documentazione contrattuale;
• accurata pianificazione delle attività da svolgere, esecuzione conforme alla pianificazione, attiva sorveglianza sul loro svolgimento e comunicazione delle informazioni necessarie al loro coordinamento;
• aggiornamento permanente sulle nuove tecnologie, materiali, processi produttivi al fine della loro applicazione ai progetti di volta in volta sviluppati;
• coinvolgimento attivo e partecipativo di tutto il personale;
• incremento dell’ utilizzo di tecnologie innovative nella costruzione delle opere.

La Ditta Edil So. Ge. Co. ha deciso di adottare un sistema di
gestione per la qualità rispondente alle prescrizioni della
norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 al fine di raggiungere i seguenti
obiettivi di carattere generale:
• dare un assetto gestionale specifico alla società in un momento
di espansione in cui si avverte la necessità di strutturare
una organizzazione con compiti e responsabilità ben
definiti;
• razionalizzare ed ottimizzare le varie attività dell’ impresa,
sia gestionali che esecutive, al fine di fornire un prodotto
con il miglior rapporto possibile fra qualità e prezzo;
• garantire alla Committenza che il lavoro, in termini economici
e tecnici, sia realizzato con la qualità stabilita consentendo
al tempo stesso il controllo dall’ esterno di tali aspetti;
• garantire sicurezza e durabilità del prodotto finale.
Edil So. Ge. Co. decided to use the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 quality system to the end of achieving the following objectives:
• have a specific management system to structure jobs and well defined responsibilities in the very moment of expansion for the company;
• rationalize and optimize the different company activities, management and operational, to achieve the best possible relationship price to quality;
• guarantee customer that the job- technically and economically speaking- is completed with the agreed quality and monitor externally such aspects;
• guarantee safety and durability of the finished product.
A tal fine ha ottenuto la certificazione UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 per la costruzione di edifici civili ed industriali, strade, acquedotti, fognature e reti gas, in data 17 / 01 / 2007, l’ ha rinnovata annualmente e trasformata in UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 in data 26 / 01 / 2009. In data 17 / 02 / 2007 ha ottenuto la certificazione SOA cat OG1- OG3- OG6 per importi oltre i 10.000.000 di euro che mantiene a tutt’ oggi.
To the above end the UNI EN ISO 9001 / 2000 certification for the building of civil and industrial edifices, roads, aqueducts, sewerage system and gas pipeline was obtained on january 17 th, 2007 then updated yearly and converted into UNI EN ISO 9001 / 2008 on january 26 th, 2009. On february 17 th, 2007 the company had obtained the SOA OG1- OG3- OG6 certification for amounts exceeding 10.000.000 Euro’ s; still retained.
