RASOGOLLA is a popular sweet in Bengal. As a dessert people are liking it mostly..
So get ready to make Rasogolla.
INGREDIENTS
1 lt milk (for Paneer)
sugar (half cup)
water (2 cups)
elaichi (2 big sized)
saffron (a pinch)
lemon juice (2 tbs)
PROCEDURE
Sugar syrup: take a pan with 3 cups of water and 1/2 cup of sugar then boil it for
10 min.
At first take one pan. Pour 1 liter of milk on it. Boil it till 15 min. Then squeeze the
lemon to extract juice. Stir it till paneer is formed. After that drain the paneer water and
collect the paneer in a cotton cloth and hang it for 10 to 15 min till the rest of
water drained properly, then take the paneer in a fiber flat dish .keep it for few
minutes then smash it with your hand palm..smash it for 10 min. and make a smooth
dough of paneer. It will be very soft dough..then make few balls from that dough.
After few minutes waiting pour those balls into the boiled sugar syrup. And cook
for 10 min with high heat then simmer.
