Moglai in easy way- pujor special dish
Ingredients
Chopped Garlic,
Chopped onion,
ginger paste
green chilli
Cumin powder
Crusted Coriander
Turmeric
Salt
Tortilla roti
Egg beaten
Grated cheese
Oil
lamb keema 500gm
Garam masala
Method
First heat oil in frying pan... Then add garlic, onion, saute it...add keema...
in medium flame fry it... Then gradually add salt, turmeric, ginger paste,
crusted coriander, cumin powder, green chilli...after 15 to 20 minutes add some
water if needed...reduce the flame and lid it to boil the keema... 10/15 minutes later
open the lid and check keema is cooked or not... Then in high flame just fry it
till the water dries out.... Add pinch of garam masala...Keep aside...
Take big frying pan...heat it... Pour some oil (not too much)....then place tortilla
on it...in low flame ...add beaten egg on tortilla...then keema & cheese...then fold
it in triangle shape...pour more oil if needed... Fry both side... To avoid any raw
beaten egg inside put the moglai on microwave for 30 seconds...then eat the
moglai with dum aloo & salad...
