Stuffed Baked Mushrooms
Ingredients:
White buttoned Mushrooms
Minced chicken/pork 250 gm
1 chopped onion
2 capsicums
2 bunches of spring onion
5 garlic Cloves
Green chilies - i have used 4 but you can use
more or less
Dark Soya sauce , Light Soya sauce & Oyster
sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method:
Wipe the mushrooms clean and break
their stem, so as to make it hollow( as shown
in the picture) Pound the garlic and the green
chilies together to a coarse paste and keep it
aside. Now take a pan , pour oil and put it on heat.
As the oil becomes hot, put in the pounded garlic
& chili - stir it well for a min on medium flame
then add the chopped onions. Mix it well and let
the onions soften. After the onions turn soft add
the minced meat and mix it well and add a little
bit of salt [bear in mind - do not add too much
salt as we will be using light soya sauce which is
usually very salty]. Now add the Oyster sauce
1.5 tablespoon, 2 tablespoons dark soya sauce (for
color) & 4 tablespoon light soya sauce (for taste)
and stir it well, and cover the pan with a lid for
5 min.
