Cultivating District-Level “ Systems Leadership ” for Continuous Improvement

ACSA and InnovateEd are partnering to provide a “ Systems Based ” Leadership Institute for District Level Leadership Teams to support the transition of LCAP Plans to a dynamic tool that drives student success .
This powerful four-day institute will equip district leadership teams with insight and resources into the four disciplines of “ Systems Leadership ” proven to increase both district and site-driven improvement efforts and enhance internal capacity and accountability .
Suggested Audience : District teams made up of superintendents , members of cabinet ( including the chief business official ), lead school principals , as well as district leaders in the areas of Curriculum and Instruction , Professional Learning and Student Services .
The District Level “ Systems Leadership ” Institute will emphasize :
n Developing “ systems coherence ” to increase leadership capacity and teaching / learning supports n Educational neuroscience n Fostering fantastic school and district culture n Leading district-wide systems of continuous improvement focused on evidence of student learning n The neuroscience of effective leadership and capacity building n Coherence between ESSA , LCAP , Common Core and Systems Leadership Each institute is constructed over four ( 4 ) days . There are several locations to choose from . One fee pays for all four days :
