CONCLUSION Organisations across sectors have thrown out the workforce playbook , instead reimagining how they connect with potential candidates and critically evaluating the value they offer to their staff .
What can be asserted is that organisations that have addressed workforce with a more holistic approach by investing in proven initiatives are overcoming workforce challenges and reducing potential negative impacts . What this research also demonstrates is the need for any organisation to critically evaluate their key performance indicators for workforce , using data to evaluate what is and is not working . Additionally , it is strongly recommended to use data to evaluate potential impact when investing in workforce initiatives .
Moving forward , community leaders must leverage these insights , taking proactive measures to seize opportunities and address challenges , fostering a vibrant regional workforce crucial for sustainable growth and prosperity in regional Victoria .
