The philosophy of Language Experience Approach is it allow students to build their language and literacy skills through what they know.
Language Experience Approach brings together oral language, writing, reading and art building the oral capacity of the students and developing their ability to distinguish print.
Language Experience Approach can be use with individual students or groups. While it is most commonly used with young emergent readers, it is also effective for teaching struggling readers up to middle grades, as well as English Language Learners.
