habitats. On lakes like the
Laguna Rodrigo you can see
water birds: black-winged
stilts, mallards, grey herons,
Eurasian teals, Northern shovelers. In the pine groves near
the rivers the diversity of birds

and riverside birds: European
green woodpeckers, Eurasian
nuthatches, shrikes, blackbirds,
European bee-eaters and treecreepers. In the areas of cereal
crops there is an abundance of
wood larks, goldfinches, wheatears, stonechats.
